The
conference
centre is situated in Glyfada, a beach resort located 15km South-East
of Athens. The venue is within a 5-minute walk from the sea front and a
10-minute walk from the centre of Glyfada which includes a wide variety
of restaurants, cafes and shops. A map of the area is available here.

TRAVEL
INFORMATION
Glyfada is
25 km. from the Athens International Airport, 15 km. from the centre of
Athens and 18 km. from the port of Piraeus.
By Bus:
take the Express E96 bus, located outside of the terminal Exit No4.
The single one-way fare is 2.9 Euro and tickets should be bought outside
the bus.
Ask to get
off the bus at the GLYFADA 5th stop.
The bus runs
24 hours aprox. every 25 minutes.
By Taxi:
plenty of taxis are available outside the terminal. The fare to Glyfada
should range from 15 - 20 Euro depending on traffic and luggage surcharge.
By Car:
Glyfada is a 40-minute drive from the airport via the Vari-Koropi road.
Ask the car rental agency to point out the route on the map.
Some hotels
offer shuttle services from and to the airport. Make sure to check with
your hotel prior to travelling.

| From Athens
centre
to Glyfada: |
By Bus:
Many public buses run along the main road (Leoforos Possidonos) connecting
Glyfada to Athens and/or Pireaus. The bus to Athens downtown is marked
A2. Bus tickets must be purchased before entering the bus at kiosks around
the city.
By Taxi: The
fare from Athens to Glyfada is approximately 8 Euro. The minimum fare is
1 Euro.
